Side-bend to beautiful walking, almost like floating!

I love the variations in this lesson.

As I bend, I start to feel the lengthening and opening of the ribs. Slowly, the low back lets go. Then, the hips start to feel free and open. My walking is completely different!

For me, this lesson invites my pelvis to swivel in ways I had forgot it could move.

How wonderful it feels to bend all the vertebrae and then roll over the hips as I walk.

(Note: For practitioners, this is AY 509: Both sides and knee, first half.)

TIP: You can do this entire lesson at work. Or, take part of it to do throughout your day to avoid stiffness in the back and hips.
