Our sensation is often of muscular strain holding us up. Unnecessary bracing against gravity causes tension and exhaustion, and this becomes acute as our stress levels spike. 

With these gentle movement lessons, you can learn how to stop bracing and move using the natural relationship of your skeleton to gravity. To do these lessons, you will need a two thick blankets, space to lie on the floor, and a bath towel.
