I offer 30-minute coaching sessions via zoom video calls. In these calls, we will look at your issue or question, I’ll ask specific questions about your patterns and sensations, and I’ll offer direction on which lessons to do, and guidance on how to work with your patterns in a different way.
I will rely on your descriptions and sensory feedback as I cannot feel with my own hands what’s going on for you, as I would in a regular private lesson. Nevertheless, these coaching calls can answer many questions, such as:
What lessons should I focus on?
Are there more lessons like this one?
Can I do these lessons if I have such-and-such a situation?
Can these lessons help with my condition—injury—pain? Which ones?
If I move in a certain way, I have pain. Can you give me strategies for helping with this?
I can’t feel a movement. What should I do?
I can’t do a movement at all, and I can’t figure out what’s in the way. Can you help?
My goal is always to provide you with more and more tools so you can find your own path to better movement. Everyone can become more intelligent in this way, and once you apply the principles to your own learning, the benefits last a lifetime.
