Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

Our capacity to enjoy life is linked to our ability to move.

We take it for granted until it’s taken from us, whether due to surgery, illness, injury, stress, neurological challenges, trauma, repetitive use, chronic pain, or unconscious habits.

I get it. I’ve been there. I overcame my own lifelong chronic pain so I get how frustrating it can be when you don’t know how to shift some pattern because you can’t tell what you’re doing in the first place.

It is possible to become aware of how you move—and then make it better. I’ve seen it. I can help you:

  • access movement strategies you didn’t even know existed

  • stop feeling trapped by repeating old patterns

  • free your movement with true skeletal support

I am here to tell you that you, too, can move differently! You don’t have to feel the way you’ve felt your whole life. When you improve your ability to move, you improve every aspect of your life.

You can enjoy moving again, and you have the innate skills inside you to do it. Let me show you how.

I offer Functional Integration® private lessons

Private lessons are where I give my full attention to solving your unique movement puzzle. In private lessons, you are fully clothed on a low, padded table. I move you in gentle ways establish new movement patterns. Nothing is painful or invasive.

Plus, you will leave with customized movements to help shift your patterns throughout the day.

For maximum benefit, I can design an individualized program to meet your specific needs.

I teach Awareness Through Movement® group classes

Verbally guided movement classes help you improve freedom of movement as you uncover how your whole self participates in every action.

Drop-in classes are 10am Tuesday and 11am Friday
Cost is $20 to drop in, a punch card of 12 is $168

Working with Zoe, I relearned to trust my body and have more confidence. Her lessons are nourishing not just for the body, but also for the mind and spirit. Her teaching is masterful.
— Doris I., Louisville, CO
Zoe has always been articulate and sensitive to me and my needs. She offers a rich variety of ways to experience Feldenkrais. Her teaching has been very effective for my fractured ankle. I now have more mobility and safety, and less discomfort.
— Sue R., Boulder, CO
Just want to let you know how much I appreciate the classes. My body has not felt this much ease in a long time. I knew I was holding a lot of tension in my ribs, shoulders and neck, but had no idea how to release it. I also appreciate your sense of humor, which is a nice plus.
— Maureen M., Boulder, CO
I am an athlete and Zoe’s lessons give me relief from pain. She has an innate body awareness and a complete sensitivity to what I’m experiencing. This comes from her deep knowing, not a textbook.

How I work

I love teaching and I love Feldenkrais lessons. If you’ve been in my class, you know this already. I especially love how everyone solves movement puzzles in their own way. Because of this, my joyful and compassionate teaching is focused on deep listening to you and your unique needs.

For over twenty years, I have been immersed in human learning and sensorimotor development. Through my hands-on work and group classes, I help you find new patterns that keep you moving so you can get back to the fun stuff and stop worrying about how to get through the day.

I will never correct you or “should” you. My mission is to guide you toward those “ah ha” moments where you feel joyfully connected to your true sense of self: balanced, coordinated, and in tune with your natural ease and power.
