I overcame my own lifelong chronic pain, so I get how frustrating it can be when you don’t know how to shift some pattern because you can’t tell what you’re doing in the first place.
Yet, it’s possible to become aware of how you move through life—and then make it better. I’ve seen it.
After years of pain, the magic of Feldenkrais helped me wake up and feel more clearly how I moved. Over time, my movement became easier, which liberated my life in ways I never could have imagined.
I am here to tell you that you, too, can move differently. You don’t have to feel the way you’ve felt your whole life. You can enjoy movement again, and you have the innate skills inside you to do it.

How I work
I love teaching and I love Feldenkrais lessons. If you’ve been in my class, you know this already. I especially love how everyone solves movement puzzles in their own way. Because of this, my joyful and compassionate teaching is focused on deep listening to you and your unique needs.
For over twenty years, I have been immersed in human learning and sensorimotor development. Through my hands-on work and group classes, I help you find new patterns that keep you moving so you can do what you love.
I will never correct you or “should” you. My mission is to guide you toward those “ah ha” moments where you feel joyfully connected to your true sense of self: balanced, coordinated, and in tune with your natural ease and power.
