I am here to tell you that you can move differently. You don’t have to feel the way you’ve felt your whole life. You can move easier, and you have the innate skills inside you to do it.
The Feldenkrais Method reestablishes basic skeletal support by reducing unconscious muscular interference. When more natural movement patterns are internalized, your attention is free and your movements are spontaneous. You’ll be amazed at how chronic tensions resolve themselves without force.
I will never correct you or “should” you. Instead, I will guide you to those moments where you feel joyfully connected to your entire self: upright, balanced, coordinated, and in tune with your natural ease and power.
