Moving well is a positive life choice leading to a long, active, and happy life, free from illness and pain.
Practicing Feldenkrais is a key component for a mobile and healthy life.
I’ve helped countless people rediscover hope and joy in movement—and living—after injury, surgery, trauma, and neurological challenges. Plus, I’ve been through my own chronic pain, so I know how it feels to look everywhere for answers.
Start with four private lessons to find out how you can move more freely, carry less stress in your body, and stop doing the things that cause you pain.

What is Feldenkrais?
The Feldenkrais Method is a form of education that uses gentle movement and directed attention to improve movement and enhance human functioning. The method focuses on expanding our potential for learning. By bringing curiosity and attention to the way we move, we can increase ease and range of motion, improve flexibility and coordination, and rediscover our innate ability to move with grace, efficiency, and power.
For over 23 years, I have been immersed in human learning and sensorimotor development. I’ve developed a joyful, creative, non-judgmental teaching style focused on deep listening to you and your unique needs.
As a compassionate movement teacher who’s been through her own chronic pain, I know what it’s like when you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work.
I have a special interest in working with people who have persistent or chronic pain issues, and with people who are struggling to feel comfortable in their body.
For many of my clients, the journey through pain and dysfunction has been a difficult one. So, the first step is to take the time to listen, not only to people's stories, but also to what they want in life, their goals and aspirations.
Then, when more natural movement patterns are internalized, your attention is freer and your movements become spontaneous. You’ll be amazed at how chronic tensions resolve themselves without force.
Inspired by easier movement, you can design a more satisfying life. You can:
Restore flexibility and balance
Develop strength through awareness
Learn creative strategies for pain-free movement
Reduce fatigue and stress
Feel dynamic, healthy, and confident
