Functional Integration® private lessons
Start with private lessons to get immediate hands-on help for your unique situation. You’ll get dedicated guidance to unwind habitual tension and release painful patterns. Results include more freedom of movement and greater ease in everyday life.
Awareness Through Movement® group classes
Group classes help you let go of unnecessary effort by exploring new movement patterns. I will verbally guide you through gentle movements as you observe your own sensorimotor feedback. Plus, they’re tons of fun—for both body and mind. Anyone can drop-in. No experience required.
Online classes and one-to-one coaching
Personal online coaching is for you if you are not local and want a low-cost way to help eliminate painful patterns. In a zoom video call, we will go over your history and look at how you’re moving now. I’ll guide you through some short movement sequences and then direct you on what to do next.
